So Ashe can have a passive slow, but not Sejuani?

Anyone remember old Sejuani? People didn't even play her until after the rework nerfed her into the ground. LoL community logic.

remember guys, perma-slow is only toxic if it's on a melee champion :^)

If Sej was so OP at the time, why wasn't she constantly played?

Something being toxic =/= something being OP. They obviously chose to make Sejuani weak, clearly because they didn't want her being strong with her permaslow.

I'd like to really know who even coined the phrase "toxic" in the first place. It makes the community sound like it has aspergers syndrome.

OT: She was pretty balanced before the rework. unless you consider useful champs to be over-powered. Her ganking was no better than Xin or Lee Sin, she didn't do % health damage at the time, and her ult was a skill shot amumu ult. How is that bad?
