Heimerdinger's turrets attacking globally

My Leona and I (in skype together) fought Heimerdinger top lane, I died, but she lived. She backed to fountain and as she started coming down mid lane she noted she was being attacked by something. We quickly discovered that despite friendly minions being nearby, the turret was still attacking her from by the tier 2 bush in top lane. It continued attacking her until it died.

I have no idea how to reproduce it, but I figured I would say something.

Speaking of which, when is the game going to be released out of beta?
