The % of people complaining about the jg vayne is less than those that complain about the adc vayne. Just throwing that out there.
It's not whining, it's a fact she's too good.
And that didn't even hit her AT ALL. 75+% of Vaynes don't build Devourer and STILL WIN ANYWAYS.
