When the individual champion leveling hits live.

Currently on the PBE is a system announced where you can 'level up' each champion by playing with them and get certain rewards when you hit certain levels.

WHAT IF, before you could play a champion in ranked, you would need to have at least X levels on that champion? This way it reinforces the players to practice a champion in normals first before diving straight into ranked with it.

Any thoughts?
