On a serious note, fiora kind of needed it.
Most team oriented champions will have higher average winrates. Nunu doesn't feel busted and has pretty clear weaknesses (ganks are shit and damage is low). If his team doesn't go more or less even in lanes, he is a liability. On the other hand, a jungler like Lee in the hands of an experienced player can single-handedly make 1-2 lanes win hard.
