Ryze is hot trash

is pure garbage and he is only nerfed because of competitive. The rework made him a boring champion with an ult you almost never use in solo q which is where 99% of League of Legends is played. Ryze was by far my favorite champion, I was almost a OTP in ranked with him because he was so much fun. It might sound stupid to some but I actually tried my best to get S's or S+'s so I could get my mastery 7 and I eventually did! I was able to memorize the different combos to use at the different stack numbers to maximize my passive output. Now he feels like a lane bully or something where you want to bounce your E to the enemy via minions then get a Q off that bounces to everyone. It is not fun, he sucks, his WR is the lowest in both mid and top. Yes I know WR doesnt speak for everything but seriously. I barely play ranked anymore and usually just play aram or the special game mode of the weekend.
