Swain and CS, a significant suggestion

Can we get the firs tic of Q and E when the spell hit the target ? It's not a huge buff, but it could clearly make lasthitting easier. Swain is the only champ with no instant damage spell. It's more or less impossible to do it properly under tower because is AD is to low to do it with AA at a certain level (lvl7 maybe ?).

Q already does deal instant damage upon cast. E could, but it isn't a spell used for direct damage so much as it is for damage amplification, so I'm okay with it not doing that.

  1. You shouldn't be last hitting with those spells.
  2. Part of Swain's gameplay pattern is he has a horrid time wave clearing early game and getting CS. This actually helps keep him in check.
