Something I dream about

I'm frequently wandering on these boards and each time I can find one or few really good skins, champs, splasharts concepts created by the community. I don't have the skill to do this but still, each time I hope Riot will create something, a contest maybe, winnable by anybody and not only the pros (Words winner's skins) where the first one or the first three whatever, win the possibility to work actively at a conception of their choice.
