Negativity - The Domino Effect

Negative comments will not improve your teammates skill. In fact, you will note that a large portion of losses all start with thoughtless negative comments, or even childish name calling. Staying positive wins games. Not just in score, but in mind-set. If you are reading this thinking "This guy is dumb, what a noob.".... Then you are most likely the ones I am attempting to address. If you must make a comment, have it be a logical constructive one. Keeping your wits about yourself and staying professional can be difficult at times. Rise above the hate. If a troll gets you making troll comments back, they won. You are typing on your keyboard instead of taking an objective or eating some jungle ect, ect.

It can easily turn into a domino effect, one player saying something negative, one more tags on, it triggers another teammate.. All the sudden you have a teammate demotivated, maybe for making a tiny mistake.

Lets keep the game/community friendly and healthy. Just a reminder, don't stoop to their level. Happy Thanks Giving.

well they could say nothing and let you go 4 / 16 / 18. But most of us tend to not actively feed the enemy team. Just because you are positive doesn't mean you will win, you have to think hey if i feed here and someone is flaming maybe I need to "get gud" and try to not feed them and play passively so i can not be a detriment to my team's ability to win and i should do my best to not feed a lot of kills.

Like the attitude of if someone is negative then you will lose the game can't make me laugh more. Just mute them if you have such a problem with what they are saying. I want to be flamed honestly it tells me when I might be doing something wrong. This thin skin attitude is what drove me to play dota 2 more than lol and is why it is dying.
