Make it so you can't be on the SAME TEAM as someone on your block list (can still play AGAINST them)
Won't slow down matchmaking... still in the same game after all.

You can't... your block list is not infinite currently, it is actually pretty small. I max out on an account in no time playing ranked, then you have to remove one to add one.
Inkling Commando1 votesright now block list is kinda worthless. last month i got teamed up with someone who had blocked me. they even declared it in champ select.
