League of legends capsule

I tried to get the capsule from Twitch Prime since i already have an acc in twitch prime. The thing is when i try to connect my acc in league with my acc in twitch prime it says. There was an error linking your account.Please try again. i tried to change regions cause i noticed that at some point while linking it changed to north america and im in EUNE but it didnt work can someone help?
