Why this wining streak then ? And when we talk about ADCs there is Draven which like Diana is allowed to be OP for years.

Winning streak isnt based on champion, but on players skill.

Well ye. Warwick depends on opponent not having skill and game knowledge to buy item 3140

Warwick have no ganking potential early game. His ganking potential mid game is kinda bad, he relies way too much on his ultimate. When it comes to "SKILL" its not just about mechanical skill.
