Did I accidentally screw myself over?

I have like, around 500 BE now. I've heard that other people have also screwed themselves over since apparently BE is insanely grind heavy.

BUT

I have all the champions and I'm pretty sure I'll get at least 3 shards per champion release to 'abuse' the 'reroll permanent random' to get all future champions. Also I have enough rune pages

Am I in the clear?

Rerolls only work if you got 10 or more champs you don't have...

Did they change that? Cuz I got my previous like, 10+ new champions that way

Yep, since Preseason they changed it "because its so easy to earn BE now and get champs that way" Trundle
