Control ward should give the Eye Icon above Evelynn

When Evelynn is invisible with Demon Shade (or stealthed, i don't know the difference) Champions who are near her circle get an Eye icon above their head indicating that she has been spotted. If Evelynn is able to be spotted by control wards why doesn't she get an Eye Icon above her head to indicate that she has been spotted by a control ward. I know it might confuse a lot of people like "wait there's somebody right here" , but I feel like people will get used to it.
