Darius, Fiora and Mordekaiser nerfs?

I want to first start off with saying that the champions that have been "tweaked" over the past patches are just insanely ridiculous. i find it that darius for an example has a an insane Q and his passive is just insane OP the duration and the damage that once it stacks up can kill or reduce someone who doesn't have alot of hp to almost 3/4 (adc's) i felt like riot failed to change this champion and instead gave it the power to just go in team fights and HEAL the shit out of himself and at the same time to damage to enemy champions. My 2nd champion that i feel like they should really nerf is mordekaiser his 3rd Q is LIKE taking 5 tower shots to the face. mordekaiser has been such a threat in the game now that every rank game bans him and the ones that don't either win or lose...i won 5 rank games in a row due to someone picking a morde (not even mad). But i don't really see where riot is going with this game anymore. i think it's OP how fiora can counter almost ANYTHING with her parry . riot has failed to balance champions and instead make them more broken then they were before. I hope riot does read this thread and actually consider what to do with fiora, morde and darius. i would like anyone opinion on the three champs and if they agree or disagree and why.
