Rammus Q needs a "tweak for his Q agaisnt thresh?"

Alright so here is my thoughts so far 2 days ago i played rammus i went to gank bot lane and thresh basically counter and COMPLETELY stopped my Powerball. My thoughts are that it's extremely unfair how thresh can just stop my ganks with a single Flay WHAT i'm suggesting is AT LEAST don't cancel his animation but slow him down instead when you flay rammus. I'm just saying it's kind of unfair how my powerball has a pretty long cooldown and cost me sooo much mana and for it to simply just get flayed by thresh and stop it completely is just a huge punishment for the Turtle. Also to help out thresh if Rammus DOES get flayed by thresh his SLOW from his powerball would be ALSO reduced so that means thresh and them won't have to get punish to by his 40-80% (40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80%) slow. so here's what im thinkning if Rammus comes bot and get's flayed by thresh HIS BUILD UP speed will reset while it's duration is still there and he HAS to build up the speed again ALSO if this happens once rammus hits thresh or any enemy after he was slowed by thresh's flay HIS POWERBALL slow ability WOULD be reduce from (20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60%). I'm hoping for this change on rammus.
