Overpowered, Balanced and some Abandoned champions

i don't know why riot is some buffs that is overpowered some hero and also nerf some champion until the players, didnt even use it again. for an example. is freaking OP in the Playoffs last season and also at worlds, but after riot nerf him, no one ever play it again since its not efficient and also there are better pick. NOW champion like and some other champion is completely retarded and too op for 6.1 Patch ( plus and also [Runic Echo] ) Karthus jungle i tried in using Runic Echoes is retarded too... i dont know what is going with rito... nerfing some champion until they never been used, while buffing champion until it's pick/ban in LCS for 100% in 4 region and !!! i'm sorry its 4 region.. not one or two... the regions??? LCK, LPL, EU and NA LCS! for she's fine, just because her kit is not the hardest and her damage is still disgusting (if you play it right) well, some changes can make some champion too OP until people banned him/her everyday.. but other champions will be abandon for quite a time, while they might be OP or maybe their stats or kits or maybe the champion it self sucks at this patch... so please riot.. rebalance some sad champions.. and nerf some of them who is too Overpowered... guess that's all folks... thanks for reading, have a good game and also good life... ~ Ferry
