Her ULT right? that thing that stuns the whole team in 0.01 sec and does tons of dmg with very small counter play. Well... you can make her ult look like she is throwing a doll that becomes huge with sick animations this way the other players will have enough reaction time and it will look like she is actually throwing her tibbers like in the trailer.

[This way riot can buff the ult range and make tibbers chase low health enemys or just play with it however they like]

How this will effect Annie players?

  1. No more flash ult bullshit
  2. Annie players will use their W or Q to stun and R to spawn the tibbers for 100% hit
  3. Annie still have her AOE stun on her W so instead of Flash > Ult she will use Flash > W in team fights

That would actually be dope. To compensate for power lost, buff her e or something.

Annie honestly is fine, she has clear weaknesses like range problems and her horrible playmakingpotential without flash. She is easy, she is intended to be easy for newer players and can be countered and never really was overbearing ( haha overBEARing ...got it..because of tibbers haha....). I like annies current state ! :)

It wont work. people have been asking for this exact change u are asking but Rito refuses to admit she is toxic cancer, and adamantly states they wanna keep instant cast Tibbers BS.
