I was thinking the other day how useful it would be to know what the first Elemental Dragon spawn would be in a game, similar to how they tell you what the first event in Nexus Blitz is. For example, if you knew an Ocean Drake would be first spawn, would you skip out on things like Manaflow Band and Biscuit Delivery and tell your jungler to focus on getting it early? Setup a siege comp around the tower damage from Mountain? A poke comp based on Cloud? I think this would add a bit more strategy to the otherwise completely random nature of Drakes, while still maintaining the lottery aspect of them.

Personally, I'd love to know that an early ocean is available before the match starts. As you said, I'd leave Manaflow band at home. Not that I run it very often to begin with - But when I do we always seem to get an ocean early.
