I would like Zac's damage from the abilities to be nerfed or his ap/ad/hp scaling. Like his exploding passive. It deals to much area damage for a tank, even if he has 1 or 2 ap items. If you see this and agree with it, i will be very happy.

...if he has AP items then it SHOULD HURT. Most people complain about it hurting without AP. He doesn't even have AD scaling.
Every aspect of your post makes it lose credibility, as you know nothing about Zac to make any valid complaints. Do your research before making absurd claims like the "exploding passive" doing too much damage. As I once said, a claim without facts is a story.
Zac had a lower banrate and was considerably less hated when his ultimate did more then double its current damage. Damage is not what makes Zac so hated, its his CC. If anything, his damage should get buffed so they can justify removing some of that insanely obnoxious CC.
