Kled's damage compared to others

I think kled's damage from q or w or both should get buffed because kled is having troubles like Garen. Even if kled is 5-0 garen after level 6 as soon as you drop off from your passive you die from garen's ult. Sometimes kled doesn't get the trade off like riven or irelia because they will just run away their abilities. Kled is supposed to be a fighter meaning that he can kill everything. I think that kled needs a 50% damage increase when is not on skaarl and has his w up so his first 3 deal 50% increased damage and his fourth not be changed, also when he is on skaarl he should get the same increase but reduced to like 25% or 20% maybe even less and i think that Kled (not skaarl) also needs a bit of health increase so he can survive a bit longer if someone lunges into you (like kha'zix, warwick, katarina...) atleast so you can do something. I will be really happy if you do that because kled is not played a lot and this probably make him a popular pick.

Edit:I just finished a game and fiora did so much damage. Soo Kled sometimes has a hard time beating toplaners who do more damage than him, or avoid it like fiora, shen, teemo, kled also has a really hard time battling tryndamere and no even if i q him for poke he will e and either leave me on low hp if he doesn't have ult or he will destroy me.
