Shyvana Ultimate not recharging while dead.

shyvana is wonderful and strong and she shouldnt be changed in any way. sure her ult recharging while dead would be cool but really the cooldown is so low later on that it doesnt really matter.

they removed fury generation while dead on the patch where they made her passive fury generation scale with ranks in R

Dragon's Descent has an effective cooldown of 150 / 75 / 50 seconds when not attacking.

so back then you needed a death timer of over 100 seconds to have a benefit from the mechanic comparatively to how it works nowadays

Yea I find that unfair as all other champions can have their ult cd recharge while dead but shyv doesn't. It affects herate game badly

League Of Legends is logical to some point. Being able to gain her fury/rage bar while dead, would be like Thresh's E passive charging up. It doesn't make too much sense in the long run, and before this change, Riot needs to change Shyvana anyway.

what CD? her only CD is the need for max fury/rage/whatever her red bar is called. Since that is a resource of sorts it won't regen while you are dead and Shyvana already has increased regen on said 'resource' the later the games goes. Learn to punch things to make your ult available more often!
