After the hotfix, Galio is greatly struggling and is badly in need of some love to be made viable again.

Maximum health damage increased from 1% per 100 AP to 5% per 100 AP

E: Justice Punch

New Effect Galio is now unstoppable during Justice Punch

Galio is literally picked and banned in pro play in most games. And a 49-51% winrate doesn't automatically justify a buff. What winrate should he have to be balanced in your opinion? 55?

my boy the hotfix nerfed the Q from 3% to 1%

This buff will make it so he gains 15% max HP dmg per 100 AP on his Q

He will have 105% max HP magic damage at 700 AP

That 1% is counted towards a single tick of the Q and there are 3 ticks in total.
