Peace of Mind please...

I am having major issues lately with people doing incredibly poorly, and then when i present logic to them (such as, "instead of pusing you could farm under your tower or place a ward to avoid being ganked") and 9 times out of 10 these people accuse you of flaming or raging, they start arguing with you, will go out of their way to do the opposite of what you tell them. i understand that people have free will, but i also feel that at this point there are people that get enjoyment out of undermining teams via verbal abuse and intentional ignorance. i personally know of some people that do this, so i know for a fact there are many out there like this. with the tribunal down i have been getting alot of "go ahead and report me, nothing will happen." and it is making my overall league experience pretty shitty. I consider league of Legends to be one of my favorite games, but lately the community has been making me rethink playing at all. If other players don't have to follow the summoner's code, and get to ruin my experience(and not to mention my rank), i would like to be compensated somehow for the time and money i have put into league.
