that was farming like a level 1. Not even last hitting. But because of this he was not farming his q BUT he was leveling super fast. I couldnt even get a 
until i was level 10 (He was level 15) Is there a way to counter this. Im not the best at LoL but I really do need help.
Telegraphi1 votesits a counter champion out play him by out farming, going in if he uses up a wither for no reason or if he has no mana ect. Otherwise you aren't suppose to win the 1v1 unless you are better

buster kiton1 votesYou get the same amount of experience as he does by last hitting the creeps/being near them when they die. You must have been too far back/wasting time if he ended up outleveling you.
