Can Soraka move while healing?

This was an ability i think she used to have, did Riot take it away? or is it still active?

When She heals she stops and completes the animation, similar to how darius stops and Jumps in the air during his ult.

...wow... I have never actually seen a comparison between a healing ability and something like Darius ult. It was actually a perfectly valid comparison as well. I am impressed. Bravo.

I think she should be able to move while using the ability like Darius when he uses his spinning axe ability

It is probably designed to give enemies a chance to spring on her. Otherwise she would be too safe, something Riot has tried to steer her away from.

There are very few abilities in lol that do not stop your move (excluding most self buffs like kog w)

They should make it so if she builds runaans, it multi heals allies like how jinx still multi hits when she switched to the rocket launcher

Katarina's W Also Has no cast time, and therefor can be used while moving : )

Nope, she always stopped to heal. I kind of wish that wasn't the case though.
