ad have so many options for dmg

ornn plays like he was released during the tank meta. all the adcs one shot you 13 minutes into the game. while ap champs have to prioritize mana and cdr while getting no pen or decent dmg. but if im missing something plz tell me. i just feel like aps need more choices
