Late Game and Early Game ADCs?

So I've been a mid laner/ support main for a while but always wanted to main marksman and decided to do it this season. Lately I've been playing a lot of Sivir because shes one of my favorite adcs but i've been running into an issue. Early game no matter who my opponents are I win lane, get tower, have a crap ton of cs, and have a few kills under my belt. When mid to mainly late game comes around I start to really fall off even though I know I'm building her correctly. Is she a late mid or early game champ? I know some of this falling of late game is me being quite new to ADC and not knowing the ins and outs of maining marksman, but I'm just not understanding if it may be something else too. So at what point do you find her the strongest? Also could you guys give me some examples of late mid and early game ADCs?

Thanks xoxoSivir

Caitlyn Good early, good late, but vulnerable mid game.

Corki Great early game, but his late game is also the worst of all ADC's.

Draven Struggles early game and especially in mid game, but his late game is beastly. Some early kills will help him given his kill reliant passive.

Ezreal A great mid game ADC who struggles a little early and falls off late.

MissFortune Strong early and late game, but her mid game is where she's very vulnerable.

Jinx Solid early and late game, but is vulnerable in both mid and end game if the game extends to the point everyone reaches full or near full build.

Jhin Great early game, but tends to struggle in mid game given his lack of escapes and the tendency of allies to roam and leave him alone. His late game is decent, however.

Tristana Weak in early and mid game, but makes up for it with her late game power.

Twitch Strong throughout all stages of the game.

Varus Best early game of all the ADC's, but falls off in mid game and makes no recovery late game.

Vayne An unspeakable mid and late game monster whose early game struggles do nothing to stop her from destroying enemies later. Ban her or hope for an early win. Enjoy her while you can because her nerfs are incoming.

Sivir, in my experience, can be very strong late game if you are fighting straight up team fights against against a non hypercarry ADC. There are four ADC hypercarries, Jinx, Twitch, Tristana and Vayne. Vayne is still a winnable team fight for a Sivir but it's not like a late game team fight against Lucian or Draven who just can't hold up.

Early game ADCs (good level 1-5) - Lucian, Draven, Caitlyn would be good examples. They have a lot of kill pressure without ult and without items. No ADC can match a Draven DPS with just Doran's Blade so long as the Draven is good. Lucian's passive gives him crazy DPS is early skirmishes bot lane (again provided it's done right). Caitlyn's headshot crits deal a butt-ton of damage early, especially to squishy targets.

Late game ADC would be Jinx, Tristana, Twitch and Vayne (Kog'Maw too but he's just so weak right now). Jinx's AOE crits from crazy long range makes team fighting and finding good engages against very tough. Tristana gains attack range as she levels so by level 18 her base attack range is the longest of all ADCs (Twitchs is longer with his ult). Vayne is, well, Vayne, nuff said. Twitch's AOE true damage can totally wreck a late game fight.

Edit - missed mid game ADC. Ezreal, Corki, Miss fortune, Lucian (caster ADCs). Tend to be strongest with one or two items but at full build struggle to keep up in DPS with the late game carries as they won't always focus on crit builds and, will find difficulties finding ways to constantly pump out high DPS in a team fight setting.
