Allow players to dodge a certain number of games per week/month without penalty

Hi,

The idea speaks for itself, sometimes you know your team comp is bad (Full AD, no tank etc.) or will lose against the enemy team comp, or that your champion is banned/selected, or that some people are troll picking and there are conflicts already between the team starting from champion select...

I think in most cases you SHOULD have the right to dodge a game without penalty to avoid further issues, and its also a skill to predict whether a team comp works or not so based on that you should also have the right to dodge if necessary. Riot please give us a quota, like 3 ranked games per week that you can dodge without penalty.

Not to mention that sometimes your client glitches and you can't select your champ or runes/masteries, happened to myself and others several times.
