Null-Magic Mantle cost change

I understand the changes done to this item but my one complaint is that it can't be purchased at the start of the game (unless you grab extra gold via Utility and then you have no gold left for potions). Meanwhile Cloth Armor is still easily accessible and this can create imbalance in a AD vs AP solo lane match-up. Though I don't believe Null-Magic Mantle + health pots was a common starting purchase it should remain an option as long as Cloth Armor + pots remains.

The idea is that AA are free, thus cloth armor is cheap to buy. Were as Abilities normally cost mana so you must pay more for protection vs it null-magic.

Understandable... however with the League of Mages, MR should be cheaper to buy.

I was thinking the same thing, especially since there is also dorans shield, so cloth start is usually against ad castors specifically.

Ad castors do tend to be stronger early though. Not all, but many of them,
