[CLIENT] Limited Availability skins are not properly categorized.

1. Launch League of Legends client.
2. Proceed to the in-client Store.
3. Click on Skins.
4. Click on Limited Availability to filter the skins by that category. Bug: No Limited Availability skins are listed.

Expected: Currently the Snowdown is in progress which makes certain skins available for a limited time. Not everyone reads update notes and misses out on the limited availability dates. It's important that this filter works for L.A. skins of all occasions as some people rely on it as their notifier of what may or may not be L.A.
