I got it couple of years ago, just wanna know how rare it is nowadays

DewMeBro1 votesGo to a Riot event. From what I recall, they put out an announcement a few days ago that listed the events that they're going to attend, and the date.
The Rioters there will most likely give you some limited edition skins or a Riot Fist Ward, like you wanted. Here are some examples of events that were in 2014:

Virtually all the buyable ones are garbage compared to the ones from events.
