Why Riot didn't do anything about bots in ARAM?

After 2 fucking years, nothing change. Bot still dominate Aram. What the hell riot? Don't even tell me git gud or some shit. That's accepting failure. So if we are new player, we can't enjoy the game or what? I guess you abandon what is not famous

Dunno, why.

But bots are rather common at lower level.

Their appearance is rare after lv 30.
