Ok. My account has been perma ban so I make a new account. Pre 30 games are frustrating. I always get in a team full of newbie trash while they have 5 smurfs. I have tried aram, arurf, draft pick,... doesn't matter. I have to mute them all to avoid being perma ban again. I'm always the most damage dealer, get A S rank, win lane,... but constantly lose because for other lanes got destroy by the enemies
You have a high win rate, probably because you're a smurf. Matchmaking would probably pair you against other smurfs and with lower-skill players to balance out the playing field. It clearly hasn't stopped you from winning most of your matches, so I don't know what you're complaining about.
