my 8th promos for plat 3 in a week? 9 out of my 24 games i had afks??????

this just isnt fair? i go 0-1 instantly in promos because i keep getting people that will join the game give up first blood and leave and come back at 30 minutes in the game? like come on riot is there really no way to fix this? why should i keep waisting my time playing ranked if im just gonna get afk every single promo! i mean 8 times in a week thats pretty insane yet you perma ban people for being toxic? someone can be toxic all they i want i dont care as long as they are ACTUALLY IN THE GAME PLAYING AND NOT AFK
