URF > ARURF

The concept of ARURF was to eliminate having the same champions each game and having a more balanced game with more variety overall. With this, you get stuck with a champion you have either potentially never played before or really enjoy playing, or you end up with some wicked broken pick that makes everyone who got option A feel miserable. I'd rather be able to find one niche pick that I enjoy abusing while everyone else does the same and it becomes a chaotic hodgepodge of button mashing clown fiestas. Instead, we're only allowing ~40% of the summoners each game to enjoy this while everyone else sits and suffers waiting for the next game. We could use the new ban system to allow every to have a say and not face a certain despised champion while allowing everyone to enjoy it to it's full potential.

I know it's already been said but with such a long wait for URF and presumabley a long wait till we get it again, I want to speak on behalf of the majority of the League community and ask for regular URF whenever it comes back.
