Khaz needs a nerf

Yet another overzealous champ buffed far beyond what he should have been. Does tremendous damage, fast gap closer and can jump over walls with low cooldowns. Not to mention disappears with again low cooldowns... I mean only thing missing is invincibility, Riot should give him that next to complete the completely broken champion cycle.
