Can we get a idea on Volibear reorks?

He's new story he is a god. but currently doesn't feel god like in the game. i still like his w and needs a little something with his ult. he's q needs a bigger movement speed buff or something. it is the only gap closer he has but it is so slow. you almost have to use flash to get on some one sometimes. his passive is still alright for when he does duels. the enemy never expects it but some times it is not enough to make a difference.
