Terrible Draft Pick, Please Help!!!

So i've been play draft pick for a while now and my set up is: Primary: Jungler, Secondary: Bot. And 9.9/10 games that i play give me bot with someone who either feeds or doesn't know how to play jungler. This is so annoying because i only have 1 bot champ that i can play, Tristana, and i am forced to play her 24/7 when i do draft pick. Recently i bought and have played like 3 games with Kha'Zix and because i just bought him and im trying to purchase better runes for him. I have no left over IP to purchase a new bot champ. I love to play Kha'Zix but i never get to, i'm looking to main him but the chances of me getting to play jungler are terrible. If riot could please, please fix this issue i know more people than just me will be overjoyed. Thanks
