Allow Jarvan to reactivate Cataclysm while hard cc'd

Alright, before I get blasted by people for suggesting a buff to Jarvan, hear me out. I don't play much J4 but during a game yesterday I was against a , , , and . These champions when together are able to chain silence, knock-up, charm, and stun

I like to "help" as much as any other J4 so when I ult I could trap an ally with me. With that much cc usually landing on me (heh, rhymes) I was unable to reactivate my ult to drop the wall and free them, where i was justifiably flamed.

My suggestion is to give Jarvan the ability to drop his wall even while cc'd, kinda like how trynd can ult no matter under what cc. I do realize this would buff J4 but it's something that's kinda vague but still useful to be able to do. By vague I mean that probably no one is thinking "Alright, Jarvan ulted now it's time to stun him so he can't release the wall."

I would like to hear others' opinions on a change like this.
