Riot, please add the ascension dialogue to champion's current pool of dialogue

While the Ascension game mode was out Azir, Cassiopeia, Renekton ,Sivir, and Xerath were given new lines of dialogue that were centered around the game. Sadly after Ascension was over these lines were removed from their respective champions. I felt that some of these lines of dialogue should stay because they still work by themselves without the Ascension theme.

For example:

Azir "I will reclaim my stolen legacy." "The future will be written by the ascended!" "Like the sun, Shurima always rises!" "I am testament to the glory of Shurima!" "Shurima will know only victory." "None shall ever question the power of Shurima!"

Cassiopeia "Failure is an elegant poison. Let it seep in."

Renekton Is an odd one because these new lines, although still performed by Patrick Seitz, sound different; more visceral than his old lines but they fit even better since I expect this harsh brutal tone from the rage lizard.

While Taunting Xerath: "Trapped in a box so long, Xerath! They never should have let us out!" "Make this hurt." "They will feel pain they've never imagined." "No suffering is too great." "All will suffer as I have!" "Now you will know agony!" "I will spare no-one!" "The slaughter will never end!" "I will tear the world asunder!" "Massacre them!" "Shred their fragile bodies!" "I will gut you all!" "Oceans of blood!"

Sivir "Yeah. I am that good." "Takes a lot to stay at the top."

Xerath "Ah! The energy courses through me!" "Finally, I will show you what an ascended can do!" "The world forgot me. Now, they will remember!" "Behold! My power is unmatched!" "I will allow nothing to stand in my way!"

These lines were all found from leagueoflegends.wikia.com under each individual champion's "Featured Game Mode" Quotes in case anyone wants to listen to them.

I think that this is especially important for Renekton since he doesn't have nearly as much dialogue as the rest of his Shuriman counterparts.

I agree. I guess the original thought was that they don't fit in the regular game mode, but they clearly do.

"Finally, I will show you what an ascended can do!" is probably one of the hardest ones, but he could say it after a kill and it'd be just fine.

and "I will allow nothing to stand in my way!" Is obviously a walking line.

They can easily be made into pentakill dialogues.

I'd like to see this just to add some variety to the repeating voice clips you hear so often. Even if the Shurima event is over, they still serve to flesh out their characters out a little.

I'm surprised how much attention this thread got in its first few days, but now it's started to plateau so here's my bump.

Renekton was released more than 4 years ago. As an older champion his lines of dialogue are limited to 18 quotes. I'm a huge fan of this guy and wish his character would be fleshed out a bit more with some new quotes. Since the lines already exist it wouldn't be more effort, I assume, than adding the sound files to his character folder. As someone that was trapped with Xerath for such a long time, his current pool of quotes doesn't fully hit the "I'm completely crazy and bloodthirsty".

As I was writing this I discovered that Riot has added new quotes when Renekton taunts Nasus:

"You should have done a better job locking me away, Nasus!" "You are not my brother, traitor!"

These lines were added during the Ascension event, this means that Riot isn't against adding these already existing quotes to his shallow pool of dialogue.

I agree. Back when Ascention just left, I made a thread about the idea of dialogue updates for champions, and a red responded, saying that they only update dialogue for very special events. Updating dialogue is extremely expensive, because they not only need to do it for us, but translate it into all the languages League is in.

On the case for Renekton, the red said they'd look into it, but nothing happened since. I really hope they do consider adding some of his Ascention dialogue into his repertoire. Just add them onto his ultimate, and maybe onto Ruthless Predator. The new and old dialogue won't muddle, and it'd sound really cool for him to yell, "I will GUT YOU ALL!" while getting big and bad.
