Arise! (Azir W)
No longer can be used to damage turrets on PBE. Riot pls stop, wasn't the wall nerf enough? DON'T GUT THE EMPEROR.

Sigh :( There goes my favorite champ, just like Pantheon before him.
I rarely use Arise! on turrets anyway. Often auto attacking them would do more damage with a bit of AS and AP.
The Wall nerf will definitely hurt though. I wonder if it can even be considered as an ultimate if it only lasts 2 or 3 seconds. The wall is often the only thing keeping the assassins from 100-0ing Azir.
Riot hates Azir.But their special champions Ahri, Zed, Lb, Fizz are untouchable.
Better buff Fizz Riot!
No nerf to Lb Riot.
