Why does 
, the supposed LEADER of the team, have 0 Charisma in her stat spread? And what the f-ck is ORD? Riot do you guys even Dungeons and Dragons, because I get you were trying to go for a whole bishoujou manga-esque feel with the character stat blocks but wound up making something that makes very little sense.
I think it's been speculated that CHA actually stands for chaos and not for charisma.(and ORD stands for order)
The real question is why Jinx is smarter than Lux...
Ironically, in a lot of animes the self-appointed leader is a twat with negative score in Charisma.
Sadly Riot doesn't know how to make the stat names because CHA in their world stands for Chaos where as in most games that'd be Charisma.
TLDR; Riot doesn't know how to make a good stat spread, because they come up with their own lingo thinking it'd be super fancy and cute but wind up confusing everyone. [zombie-brand-clap]
