Flashing on second part of Lee Sin Q

So apparently you can flash mid-way as Lee Sin and still retain the second part of your Q. For example: Lee hits a target with Q. He activates the second part and travels to the opponent. He flashes before the damage is applied, insecs them, then activates Q again to Q all the way back.

Saw it in a CellyBeary video; had no idea this was possible. It seems very uncommon.

Seems actually pretty fun to pull off, albeit broken. I feel like his Q should be on CD after he activates it rather than after the damage is applied.

EDIT: Completely off-topic, but I think it'd be funny to see a Lee Sin Q to someone just as their TP was about to finish and follow them all the way across the map.
