[Client] Invite In Draft (Normal) Bugged

If you're in normal draft mode and right click and invite a player from your friends list and they're out of your division range (if you're in diamond) it won't let you invite them.

1. Create a lobby for normal draft pick
2. Have a buddy that's higher than your available ranked queue range (2 tiers for Diamond and 1 tier for anyone lower)
3. Right click and invite them from your friends list

This bug is more of an inconvenience and can be circumvented by using the default invite options in the lobby. This type of bug is an annoyance to encounter and can subtract from the experience of the game by making it seem incomplete or unrefined.
