I think it should be like Azir's wall personally, so people can't jump out of it. Its basically not even there anymore with the amount of dashes in the game.
teleports such as kassadin, talon, katarina etc are fine, but straight up movement such as vayne and kalista really shouldn't be able to. His ult is already just a flash burner, it's quite unimpressive in that regard. But at least it'd burn a vaynes flash too

Vayne tumble has always felt like a bug, since she cannot tumble through any wall on the map, and J4's ultimate is supposed to be considered a wall (it is for things like Gnar ultimate).
Kalista hop makes sense, as she can hop over small walls on the map. You can argue that it should be nerfed so she cannot hop over walls, but at least this one is consistent.
Kalista shouldn't have a passive like that. Period.

It's incredibly buggy right now. When I'm ulting people they just sort of wiggle and aren't in it anymore
i suggest to rename his ultimate in something like "paper wall" since it doesn't really prevent anyone to leave the area
Vayne's tumble wasn't meant to be able to pass walls, that's how it is always been unless something has changed recently. It's a bug

I wonder though, would increasing the thickness to the bare minimum of short dashes that weren't really made to wall hop (Riven's 1st and 2nd Q and E, and Vayne's Q) break him? It would maybe have the benefit of making the real wall-penetrating dashes harder (but not impossible) meaning you can fail a Flash if you don't do it right. Well, considering the range of most dashes now, probably only Flash has a chance to fail but I'm ok with that.
Or, if it just allowed allies through it, it would be worth that drawback. Right now, I lock a target in a gank, and my Xin has to walk AROUND to the other end of the wall because his E range can't reach the enemy trying to escape the far end of the circle, that causes a few seconds worth of DPS. It seems to have more drawbacks than perks, aside from the guaranteed damage.
This particular characteristic of the wall has cost me in more than one situation, where we lost a kill on A FLASHLESS TARGET due to a few lost ticks of damage from my ally and the more famous "I'm helping" killing my own allies when I was trying to PEEL for them. I mean, they did it for Azir, and allies even get a speed boost from it, why not J4 too? I'd be happy without the speedboost.
