Neeko Transforming into Rengar (and other questions)

Hey there Summoners!

Froz3nBlaze A.K.A Mr.Fraze here and I was wondering, if Neeko transforms into Rengar and goes inside a bush, does she also get the leap ability? I've heard about, but not actually seen a Neeko mimic Vayne's Silver Bolts. The reason I ask this is because, if you transform into Pantheon, you don't actually get his block passive by attacking 4 times.

Now personally, I don't know whether this should be a thing or not. On one hand, allowing Neeko to have other champion's passives would make here a little bit stronger than she already is, but at the same time, it makes it easier to find out whether this is the real champ or not.

I tried doing a bot kill lane with Neeko and Pantheon and whenever I would transform into Pantheon, enemy bot just waited for me to hit 4 autos to find out whether or not I was the original or not. That plus not getting the crit hit when a minion was below 15%.

I don't main Neeko at all. Heck, I'm pretty much a Godyr Jungle otp, but I've recently started practicing other champs to kind of get a feel for their limits and whatnot.
