Neeko Transforming into Rengar (and other questions)

Hey there Summoners!

Froz3nBlaze A.K.A Mr.Fraze here and I was wondering, if Neeko transforms into Rengar and goes inside a bush, does she also get the leap ability? I've heard about, but not actually seen a Neeko mimic Vayne's Silver Bolts. The reason I ask this is because, if you transform into Pantheon, you don't actually get his block passive by attacking 4 times.

Now personally, I don't know whether this should be a thing or not. On one hand, allowing Neeko to have other champion's passives would make here a little bit stronger than she already is, but at the same time, it makes it easier to find out whether this is the real champ or not.

I tried doing a bot kill lane with Neeko and Pantheon and whenever I would transform into Pantheon, enemy bot just waited for me to hit 4 autos to find out whether or not I was the original or not. That plus not getting the crit hit when a minion was below 15%.

I don't main Neeko at all. Heck, I'm pretty much a Godyr Jungle otp, but I've recently started practicing other champs to kind of get a feel for their limits and whatnot.

no because of the fact neeko cant adapt other champs abilities except their base stats/ attack range. NOW buffs and otherwise are cosmetic for the enemy to decide if your (insert champ). thats the idea behind it so no, neeko cannot pull a rengar leap then neeko ult. or copy other champs passives.

Not even that. She won't copy armour, magic resist, health regen, etc (all of those are base stats). Her mimic basic attack range won't go above her own either. For example, if you mimic Caitlyn, you will still only have 550 basic attack range. The only thing Neeko really copies is base movement speed.

i worded that wrong then what i mean is this from the enemies point of view she copies all those stats but in reality she deals totally something else.

To answer the question, no she does not get the leap ability. (And we really need a newbie questions forum on the NA side.)

Thanks for the answer, but you really don't need to call me a newbie. Like I said in my post, I JUST started picking up Neeko to kind of understand her kit and how to play around her. I'm pretty much an Udyr OTP and Neeko counters me pretty hard since she has 2 forms of CC, one which is on an exceptionally low cooldown, fast unit travel, and wide hitbox.
