Self-Cast Hotkeys overridden by Targets under Mouse

Self-Cast Hotkeys should cast the selected spell at yourself. Period.

It makes very little sense for this hotkey to be overridden by whatever target is under the mouse as it currently does.

While the obvious (and only) workaround is to just not have your mouse over anyone when using self-cast hotkeys, I don't believe this lessens my point any.

Guess I've never noticed this. You mean self-cast hotkeys as in like the alt key? So if you press alt+e on orianna but your mouse is on an ally, it will shield the ally?

I don't even think that's the case, but if it is, yeah it should be fixed.
