[GAMEPLAY] Zyra - R enraged plants dealing less damage than stated in Tooltip

On Zyra, the tooltip for her R ability states that enraged plants will attack in a flurry for 200% total damage. Using the practice tool to conduct a controlled test, I have concluded that the plants are dealing less damage when enraged than they should be.

I did this by recording the damage done by Zyra's Thorn Spitters over their 8-second duration on a test dummy, then comparing this with the damage done by Enraged Thorn Splitter over their enraged duration. My results:

Thorn Splitter: 540 damage over the duration Enraged Thorn Splitter: 928 damage over the duration

It appears that the enraged plants are only doing approx 171% total damage, instead of 200% This does not change, whether the pant is a freshly enraged or was just about to die prior to being reset to full duration - once enraged, the damage from that point until plant despawn was the same.

I conducted this test many times to be certain and chose runes that wouldn't influence the outcome of the test (no Arcane Comet etc).
