Teemo is a high skill cap champ

People are always saying that teemo is a noob champ and they hate him(both my team and the enemy), but my personal experience is that playing teemo successfully requires quite a bit of game knowledge and more risk management than most top laners. Teemo needs to predict where future teamfights will take place and put his shrooms and possibly stealth and wait there to be an effective teamfighter. Any cc on Teemo and hes usually dead very fast because of how much the enemy team wants to focus him, yet teemo must play in the same aa range as Vayne does, yet Vayne is possibly the hardest champ to master in the game. So what do you think? Is it really a noob trap champ?

teemo is not really a team fighter. but i did have some games in diamond with teemo diamond mains, and they have their own strategies - for example shroom around baron while we're doing baron. so whoever comes to us has like 50% health lower. We got the baron and triple kill and finished the game, all was thanks to the shrooms. He's really good at split pushing and controlling his space. When it comes to sudden team fights however, he is kind of useless, so you want to avoid that and abuse his other strengths. Obviously he is also a very strong laner, and if not ganked early, will turn into a lane bully and get a lot of advantage.
